I was a woman who had drawers full of the next best product destined to fix all of my skin concerns: acne, brown spots, allergies, and now aging. Spending hundreds of dollars on products was the norm. Of course, I didn't know they would be ineffective, but how was I or anyone to know? And so begins the story of my skincare passion.

I am a physician with a special interest in researching medical grade skincare products and treatments. I did not start out as a physician but arrived at it over time. I was a laboratory technologist first, and then a pharmacist, which only led to medical school. These disciplines prepared me for the research I have undertaken in what has become an invaluable resource for those desiring healthy skin.

Since before 1990, I have investigated over 90 different lines of skincare products and treatments. In this process, I first assess the list of ingredients, ensuring they contain science-based active ingredients in an appropriate concentration and delivery system and are free from common undesirable allergens, irritants, and sensitizers.

Products that pass this step then move on to trial. Each product must achieve visible benefits and results to then be selected and used in the creation of customized skincare plans for my patients. What has resulted from this time-consuming work is a collection of products that perform at an exceptional level of efficacy. They work!
